Romesco sauce is a popular Spanish sauce that originated in Catalonia, a region in northeastern Spain. SOS Romesco is rich in flavour with the creamy texture of almonds and a hint of lime and chilli. It is versatile and a delicious addtition to many dishes.
It can be used as a dip for vegetables or bread, as a topping for grilled meats or vegetables, and even as a spread for sandwiches.
