Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders of SGD $19.95 and above, within Singapore. Deliveries are made between 11am and 5pm on working days. Please let us know through Whatsapp if you like deliveries on weekend and we will do our best to comply.

In-store pickup

We do not offer In-store pickup as of now.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming your order.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 - 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thesoskitchen.com with your name and order number, and we will attend to you as soon as possible.
