Mango Lime Chilli Sauce - now with Ginger. This sauce is a symphony of tropical sweetness, fiery spice, and the comforting warmth of ginger. It’s vegetarian friendly, made with all natural ingredients and locally sourced! It’s great for brushing on grilled meats and fish, even for making drinks with and of course - for hotcakes in the mornings or to incorporate in desserts.

Storage Instructions
Before opening, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best refrigerated after opening.
Usage Instructions
Mix with soy sauce to make a marinade for fish, meat and chicken. Mix with a little water or lemon juice and olive oil to make a salad dressing.

24 months from date of manufacture. Best before: Current batch 9th April 2027
This is going to be a bar staple for me. It’s such a great additive to cocktails and the spicy sweetness is great on Indian chaat too. A real refreshing sauce to add that extra something to your food and drinks!
