Chicken Avocado Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Romain lettuce - whole
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken 
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes 
  • 4 tsp SOS Mango lemon chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 
  • Salt to taste 

Method

  1. Chop the lettuce
  2. Slice the cucumber and onion
  3. Deseed the avocado and slice 
  4. Shred the chicken
  5. Chop the tomatoes in half
  6. Put all this in a bowl
  7. For the dressing - Mix the Mango sauce, mayonnaise and salt
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well

Tips

To keep this mango salad as fresh as possible for as long as possible, it needs to be stored in the fridge. Add any leftovers to a container with a lid and keep it sealed nice and tight.
