Ingredients

  • 8 Pork ribs
  • 3 tbsp SOS Romesco
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  • Marinate the ribs with SOS Romesco and olive oil
  • Heat an oven to 180ºC
  • Line a baking tray with foil
  • Bake the ribs for 35 min or untill done

Tips

These pork ribs can be made in an air fryer too. Remember to preheat the air fryer. Serve with grilled veggies or salad to make a complete meal
