Ingredients
- 450g Chicken thigh - boneless
- 1 jar SOS Butter Masala 225g
- 1/4 cup of Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Salt for seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder or Paprika
- Coriander for garnish
Method
- Cut the Chicken into 2 inch pieces
- Rub the Red chilli powder and salt on the chicken
- Heat a pan and add the oil to it
- Once the oil is hot, saute the chicken pieces for 2 mins on each side
- Now add in the Butter masala sauce and water
- Mix well, lower the heat, cover and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes
- Once the chicken is cooked, take off the heat and garnish with coriander
Tips
Serve with hot naan bread or boiled rice. Add a side of raita or green salad.
