- 1/2 head cabbage (core removed)
- 1 carrot (ends removed)
- 4 tbsps Golden Mountain (Soybean) seasoning
- 4 tbsps SOS Red Chilli Sauce
- Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot & mix together in a large bowl.
- Add the SOS Red Chilli Sauce, the Golden Mountain seasoning & mix all together.
- Pack the mix in an airtight glass container & store in a warm place for the quickest fermentation.
- After the fermentation process completes, pack into jars & store in the fridge to avoid spoilage
- Use within 2-3 mths.
