1. 1/2 head cabbage (core removed)
  2. 1 carrot (ends removed)
  3. 4 tbsps Golden Mountain (Soybean) seasoning
  4. 4 tbsps SOS Red Chilli Sauce


  1. Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot & mix together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the SOS Red Chilli Sauce, the Golden Mountain seasoning & mix all together.
  3. Pack the mix in an airtight glass container & store in a warm place for the quickest fermentation.
  4. After the fermentation process completes, pack into jars & store in the fridge to avoid spoilage
  5. Use within 2-3 mths.
