ONE-POT GREEN CURRY NOODLES

SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 10min COOK TIME: 15min
INGREDIENTS:
- 75g Pad Thai noodles
- 100g Chicken mince
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp SOS Green Curry
- 1 tbsp golden mountain seasoning/fish sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 100ml water
- Cilantro for garnish
- Dash of lime
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pot, add the SOS Green Curry & sauté
- Add the chicken mince & sauté until the it is cooked
- Add golden mountain seasoning or fish sauce & mix with the chicken.
- Add water, coconut cream mix well
- Then add the Pad Thai noodles
- Cover the pot & allow the noodles to soak up the liquid & cook
- Add in a dash of lime
- Finally garnish with cilantro before serving
