ONE-POT GREEN CURRY NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
  • 75g Pad Thai noodles
  • 100g Chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp SOS Green Curry
  • 1 tbsp golden mountain seasoning/fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 100ml water
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Dash of lime

    METHOD:

    • Heat oil in a pot, add the SOS Green Curry & sauté
    • Add the chicken mince & sauté until the it is cooked
    • Add golden mountain seasoning or fish sauce & mix with the chicken.
    • Add water, coconut cream mix well
    • Then add the Pad Thai noodles
    • Cover the pot & allow the noodles to soak up the liquid & cook
    • Add in a dash of lime
    • Finally garnish with cilantro before serving
