OLIVE FRIED RICE

SERVING: 2                        PREP TIME: 10min                        COOK TIME: 10min

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 2 cups cooked white rice
  3. 2 tbsp SOS Tuscan
  4. 1/2 bowl cabbage
  5. 1/2 bowl capsicum
  6. 1/2 bowl carrot
  7. 1/2 bowl chicken
  8. 1 tbsp fish sauce/soy sauce
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. Pinch of salt
  11. Cilantro & sliced cucumber for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the chicken & stir-fry.
  2. When the chicken is somewhat cooked, add the veggies & let those cook.
  3. Once the veggies & chicken are cooked, add the SOS Tuscan & mix.
  4. After mixing, add the fish or soy sauce & mix again.
  5. Finally add the cooked white rice & mix with the chicken & veggies.
  6. Turn off the heat & add the lemon juice & salt & mix one last time.
  7. Add the cilantro on the rice & the sliced cucumber on the side & serve
