OLIVE TAPENADE PUFF PASTRY BITES

SERVING: 2 PREP TIME: 10 min COOK TIME: 10 min
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Ready made Puff pastry sheets
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Ball of mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 6 Leaves of baby spinach
- 6 tsp of SOS Tuscan - Olive chilli tapenade
METHOD:
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares and place on a baking tray
- Spread 1 tsp each of the SOS Tuscan on the puff pastry squares
- Layer with 1 slice of tomato, 1 spinach leaf, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- Fold the squares
- Coat with milk or egg
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10 minutes or until golden brown
