OLIVE TAPENADE PUFF PASTRY BITES

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Ready made Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Ball of mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 6 Leaves of baby spinach
  • 6 tsp of SOS Tuscan - Olive chilli tapenade 
METHOD:
  • Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares and place on a baking tray
  • Spread 1 tsp each of the SOS Tuscan on the puff pastry squares
  • Layer with 1 slice of tomato, 1 spinach leaf, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • Fold the squares
  • Coat with milk or egg
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10 minutes or until golden brown
