HOT WINGS!

SERVING: 2                         PREP TIME: 15min                        BAKE TIME: 35min
INGREDIENTS (WINGS):
  1. 13 chicken wings
  2. Pinch of Salt & pepper to season
  3. 3 tbsps SOS Méjico
  4. 2 tbsps cornstarch
  5. 2 tbsps oil
  6. Baking paper

INGREDIENTS (SAUCE):

  1. 2 tbsps butter
  2. 4 tbsps SOS Méjico
  3. 2 tbsps honey
METHOD:
  1. Season the wings with salt & pepper
  2. Add in oil & 3 tbsps SOS Méjico
  3. Toss the wings in the cornstarch
  4. Line an air-fryer with baking paper & stick the wings in for 25mins or until done
  5. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a heated pan. Add 4 tbsps SOS Méjico & the honey, mix & let cook for 1-2mins before turning off the heat
  6. When the wings are done, place in a bowl, coat with the sauce & dig in!
