HOT WINGS!

SERVING: 2 PREP TIME: 15min BAKE TIME: 35min
INGREDIENTS (WINGS):
- 13 chicken wings
- Pinch of Salt & pepper to season
- 3 tbsps SOS Méjico
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- 2 tbsps oil
- Baking paper
INGREDIENTS (SAUCE):
- 2 tbsps butter
- 4 tbsps SOS Méjico
- 2 tbsps honey
- Season the wings with salt & pepper
- Add in oil & 3 tbsps SOS Méjico
- Toss the wings in the cornstarch
- Line an air-fryer with baking paper & stick the wings in for 25mins or until done
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a heated pan. Add 4 tbsps SOS Méjico & the honey, mix & let cook for 1-2mins before turning off the heat
- When the wings are done, place in a bowl, coat with the sauce & dig in!
