HARISSA SALMON STEAK ON COUSCOUS

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 150gm salmon
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsps SOS Harissa
  4. 1 cup or 150g couscous
  5. 2 chopped green chilies (optional)
  6. 1 small bowl parsley
  7. Dried Italian seasonings to taste

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the salmon in the SOS Harissa
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan & grill the salmon
  3. Cook the couscous as per the instructions on the box.
  4. Add chopped green chillies, parsley & fluff up the couscous.
  5. Lay the cooked salmon steak on the couscous & enjoy!
