HARISSA GRILLED FISH


INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sea bass fillet
- 1 tbsp SOS Harissa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can corn kernels
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
METHOD:
- Season the fish fillet with the salt and pepper
- Heat a pan, add the olive oil and pan fry the fillet
- Sauté corn kernels in 1 tbsp butter until they have browned slightly
- To make the sauce, heat a pan, add the Harissa & milk and reduce a little
- Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp butter to finish the sauce
- Plate fish, corn and sauce & enjoy!
