HARISSA GRILLED FISH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sea bass fillet
  • 1 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

    METHOD:

    • Season the fish fillet with the salt and pepper
    • Heat a pan, add the olive oil and pan fry the fillet
    • Sauté corn kernels in 1 tbsp butter until they have browned slightly
    • To make the sauce, heat a pan, add the Harissa & milk and reduce a little
    • Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp butter to finish the sauce
    • Plate fish, corn and sauce & enjoy!
