HARISSA GRILLED FISH

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 sea bass fillet
  2. 1 tbsp SOS Harissa
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 can corn kernels
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. Pinch of pepper

METHOD:

  1. Season the fish fillet with the salt and pepper
  2. Heat a pan, add the olive oil and pan fry the fillet
  3. Sauté corn kernels in 1 tbsp butter until they have browned slightly
  4. To make the sauce, heat a pan, add the Harissa & milk and reduce a little
  5. Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp butter to finish the sauce
  6. Plate fish, corn and sauce & enjoy!
