HARISSA FETA PASTA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 60g raw pasta
  • 1 blk Feta cheese
  • 4 tbsps SOS Marrakesh - Harissa
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Boil 60g pasta in a pot & leave aside.
  • While pasta is cooking, place the Feta block in the middle of a serving dish, then place chicken fillets & cherry tomatoes around the sides.
  • Finally spoon SOS Harissa & drizzle olive oil evenly around the serving dish.
  • Bake the entire dish at 180º for 30mins in a preheated oven.
  • Afterwards, mash the Feta block, chicken & cherry tomatoes, add the cooked pasta, mix everything & serve!
