  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp SOS Harissa paste for marination
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 to 6 bamboo skewers or as needed, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Thread the chicken and veggies on to the skewers
  • Brush with the SOS Harissa
  • Heat up a grill pan and add the olive oil
  • Place the skewers in the hot pan
  • Cook, turning frequently and brushing with more Harissa if needed, until nicely browned on all sides and the chicken is no longer pink in the center
  • Serve with a green salad or by itself
