1. 100g Gruyere cheese
  2. 2 tbsps SOS Green Chilli Sauce
  3. 4 Slices of sourdough bread
  4. 1 Can of Heinz cream of tomato soup
  5. 20g of butter


  1. Grate the cheese
  2. Lay the bread slices on a board & lightly butter each slice
  3. Now spread a layer of SOS Green chilli sauce on all four slices
  4. Top up with the grated cheese
  5. Make 2 sandwiches by lightly pressing the slices together
  6. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
  7. Toast the first sandwich while pressing it down with a spatula for 2 minutes or until the base is crispy & light brown
  8. Turn over & toast the other side for 2 minutes while pressing down with the spatula
  9. Warm up the soup & serve with the toasties!
