HARISSA PRAWN PARPADELLE

SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 10min COOK TIME: 15min
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g parpadelle
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps SOS Harissa
- 5-6 prawns
- Salt and dried parsley to taste
METHOD:
- Boil the pappardelle in hot water until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan
- Add in SOS Harissa to the pan & sauté
- Add in the prawns & sauté till cooked
- Add the pappardelle & mix well
- Add salt and dried parsley to taste & enjoy!
