RED CHILLI PRAWN PARPADELLE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 150g parpadelle
  2. 2 tbsps olive oil
  3. 2 tbsps SOS Red Chilli Sauce
  4. 5-6 prawns
  5. Salt and dried parsley to taste

METHOD:

  1. Boil the pappardelle in hot water until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan
  3. Add in SOS Red Chilli Sauce to the pan & sauté
  4. Add in the prawns & sauté till cooked
  5. Add the pappardelle & mix well
  6. Add salt and dried parsley to taste & enjoy!
