HARISSA PRAWN PARPADELLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g parpadelle
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps SOS Harissa
  • 5-6 prawns
  • Salt and dried parsley to taste

    METHOD:

    • Boil the pappardelle in hot water until al dente.
    • Heat the olive oil in a pan
    • Add in SOS Harissa to the pan & sauté
    • Add in the prawns & sauté till cooked
    • Add the pappardelle & mix well
    • Add salt and dried parsley to taste & enjoy!
