HOT 'N' SPICY MAC 'N' CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 150g macaroni
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 2 cloves crushed garlic
  4. 2 tbsp SOS Green Chilli Sauce
  5. 2 tbsp flour
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 1 medium bowl cheese of your choice.

METHOD:

  1. Boil the macaroni until al dente
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan
  3. Add crushed garlic, SOS Fermented green chilli sauce, flour & milk to make a roux
  4. Stir the boiled macaroni into the roux
  5. Layer an oven proof dish with the macaroni & cheese
  6. Bake in a preheated oven till the cheese melts & browns a bit
  7. Enjoy!
