CRISPY SPICY TOFU

SERVING: 2                        PREP TIME: 10min                      COOK TIME: 20min
INGREDIENTS:
  • 200g Firm tofu
  • 3 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
  • 1 small bowl spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 bowl coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 Red chillies (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp SOS Mejico
  • 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil
METHOD:
  • Chop tofu into 1 inch cubes & soak in salt water for 5 mins.
  • Dab dry the tofu & air fry at 180*C for 20 min or till golden brown.
  • Meanwhile make a dressing with the garlic, spring onion, chilli, coriander, sweet soy, light soy & mejico.
  • Heat up the oil. Add the hot oil to this dressing.
  • Add the crisp golden brown tofu to the dressing & mix well.
  • Enjoy on its own or with rice!
