CRISPY SPICY TOFU

INGREDIENTS:
- 200g Firm tofu
- 3 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
- 1 small bowl spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 bowl coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 Red chillies (chopped)
- 4 tbsp SOS Mejico
- 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
METHOD:
- Chop tofu into 1 inch cubes & soak in salt water for 5 mins.
- Dab dry the tofu & air fry at 180*C for 20 min or till golden brown.
- Meanwhile make a dressing with the garlic, spring onion, chilli, coriander, sweet soy, light soy & mejico.
- Heat up the oil. Add the hot oil to this dressing.
- Add the crisp golden brown tofu to the dressing & mix well.
- Enjoy on its own or with rice!
