VEG TOM YUM SOUP

SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 10min BAKE TIME: 15min
Ingredients:
- 4 broccoli florets
- 4 baby corn
- 4 button mushrooms
- 2 tbsps SOS Pat Pong
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Coriander for garnish
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Boil the water & add SOS Pat Pong
- Add the vegetables & simmer till cooked
- Add the coconut milk & simmer for a couple of minutes
- Garnish with coriander & add the lemon juice
- Serve with steamed rice
