VEG TOM YUM SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 4 baby corn
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsps SOS Pat Pong
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  • Boil the water & add SOS Pat Pong
  • Add the vegetables & simmer till cooked
  • Add the coconut milk & simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Garnish with coriander & add the lemon juice
  • Serve with steamed rice
