GRILLED GREEN CURRY CHICKEN IN COCONUT MILK


Ingredients:
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 sliced onion for garnish
- 1 stalk of spring onion for garnish
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Mix in the SOS Thai green curry paste, the coconut milk and the 1 tsp lemon juice to make a marinade
- Pour this over the chicken thighs and mix well
- Heat up the grill or oven
- Cook for 30 min or till done turning intermittently
- Garnish with sliced onions, spring onion and a dash of lemon juice
