BUFFALO CHICKEN WANTONS
SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 10min COOK TIME: 10min
INGREDIENTS:
- 180g roast chicken (store bought)
- 20g grated cheese
- 50g cream cheese
- 2 sprigs of diced spring onion
- 1/4 diced capsicum
- 12 wanton wrappers
- Spray oil/olive oil
- 4 tbsp SOS Méjico hot sauce
- 1 sprig of spring onion for garnish
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180*C
- Spray a muffin tray with oil
- Put in 2 wanton wrappers in each muffin mould
- Bake for 3 to 4 min or till the wrappers crisp up and get golden edges
- Meanwhile in a bowl mix the roast chicken with capsicum, spring onion, cream cheese and SOS Méjico hot sauce
- Fill the baked wanton wrappers moulds with the chicken mixture and top up each with grated cheese
- Return the muffin tray back to the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese melts
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped spring onion before serving
- Makes 6 wantons
