1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 Medium sized avocado
  3. 1 tbsp SOS Green Chilli Sauce
  4. 4 Cherry tomatoes
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Pinch of pepper
  7. Dash of lime juice


  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water
  2. Peel and Cut the eggs lengthwise, remove the yolks, and place eggs aside
  3. Add egg yolks, avocado, lime juice, SOS Green Chilli Sauce and salt to a small bowl. Mash and stir well to combine
  4. Add chopped cherry tomatoes to the mixture
  5. Arrange egg white halves on a platter and fill the egg halves with avocado and egg yolk mixture
  6. Garnish with a pinch of pepper
  7. Enjoy a healthy snack!
