This easy watermelon salad is the ultimate summer side – fresh, juicy watermelon tossed with creamy feta, crisp mint, and a zesty-sweet spicy dressing made with SOS Mango Lemon Chilli Sauce. A refreshing, spicy twist that’s perfect for picnics, BBQs, and quick healthy meals.
Ingredients

500g Watermelon

100g Feta cheese

5 to 6 fresh Mint leaves

1 tsp Sesame seeds

3 tsp SOS Mango lemon chilli sauce

3 tsp Red wine vinegar

½ tsp salt
Directions
Chop the watermelon into cubes
Roughly chop the mint leaves
Toast the sesame seeds till light golden in color
Add the mango sauce, red wine vinegar and salt to make a simple dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well
Recipe Note
You can swap the red wine vinegar for lemon juice.
