Ever thought of scrambled tofu? Try it out with these SOS Tom Yum Tofu Toasties!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 chopped capsicum
- 150g scrambled tofu
- 2 tsp SOS Tom Yum Paste
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 chopped chilies
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
Add 1/2 chopped onion, 1/4 chopped capsicum, 150g scrambled tofu and stir-fry.
Add in 2 tsp SOS Tom Yum Paste and stir-fry.
Toast 2 bread slices.
Top the toasted bread slices with the tofu mixture.
Garnish with 2 green or red chopped chilies and a dash of lime juice (optional).
