This healthy tofu stir fry is a last minute meal you can cook with anything in your pantry!
Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil
-
150g Firm tofu
-
½ Capsicum (Bell pepper)
-
1 tbsp SOS Thai Green curry paste

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil
Cut the tofu into cubes and shallow fry till golden brown. Keep aside
In the same pan stir-fry SOS Thai Green Curry Paste and soy sauce and saute for a min
Add in the cubed capsicum and stir-fry for a couple of minutes
Now add in the tofu and mix well
Add salt to taste and a dash of lime juice

This Tofu stir fry is fast to make, healthy dinner you can turn to again and again. For those with dietary restrictions, this tofu stir fry is can be made vegan if you use gluten free tamari in place of soy sauce
Tip: Use firm tofu for a more crispy texture
