The classic Middle-Eastern breakfast
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 small diced onion
- 350g sausage

4 tbsp SOS Harissa
-
1½ tbsps olive oil
-
Dried or fresh parsley for seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 1 to 2 minutes
Chop the sausages and add to the pan and cook until brown
Add the SOS Harissa, mix well and let simmer for a couple of minutes
Crack 1 egg at a time and add on top of the sauce
Cover the pan with lid to expedite the cooking of the eggs
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till the eggs are done to your liking
Sprinkle dried or fresh parsley and enjoy while hot with toasted bread
Recipe Note
Add in veggies of your choice. You can also top it with crumbled feta or goat cheese. Serve with toasted bread!
