Tom yum is one of my favorite cooking paste.
Ingredients

10 Chicken Drumettes
-
4 tsp SOS Tom yum paste
-
2 tsp Cooking Oil
-
Salt as per taste
Directions
Line a baking tray with baking paper or just lightly oil a baking tray
Marinate the chicken drumettes with SOS Tom yum paste
Preheat the oven to 180*C and bake the chicken drumettes for 35 min or until done
Serve with sweet chilli sauce
Recipe Note
You can use replace Chicken with alternative proteins such as Tofu or Fish. You can make this in an airfryer as well.
