Juicy and tender with a hint of spicy and sweet
Ingredients

3 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 3 tbsp SOS Mango lemon chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Spring onion for garnish
Directions
Marinate the chicken thighs with the ginger, garlic, SOS Mango Chilli sauce and soy sauce.
Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
Brown the chicken on both sides on high heat.
Lower the heat and cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion Serve with a green salad or by itself.
