A Bengali dessert which is made with hung yogurt and is an all time favourite in our house
Ingredients
-
2 Bowls of Plain Yogurt (this yields 1 cup hung yogurt)

2 tbsp Condensed Milk
-
1 Bowl of Cooking Cream

½ Bowl of SOS Mango Lemon chilli sauce
Directions
In a bowl place a sieve and a cloth and add in the 2 bowls of yogurt. Tie tight and let the water drain
Mix the hung yogurt with the condensed milk, cooking cream and SOS Mango sauce
Whisk well until well combined
Fill up earthen pots or bowls which can be placed in a steamer. Cover the bowls with aluminium foil
Place the bowls in a pot. Fill the pot half way with water. Cover and let it simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes
Remove from pot and let cool for another 15 min in the fridge
Serve chilled
Recipe Note
Add in chopped nuts on top for a crunch or fresh chopped mango. This dessert is best served chilled.
