A crowd favourite! And so easy to make
Ingredients

1 whole romaine lettuce
-
1 cucumber
-
1 avocado
-
1/2 onion
-
1/2 rotisserie chicken
-
10 cherry tomatoes
-
Salt to taste
-
4 tsps SOS Mango lemon chilli sauce
-
2 tbsps Mayonnaise
Directions
Chop the romaine lettuce
Slice the cucumber
Peel, deseed and slice the avocado
Slice the onion
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves
Shred the chicken
Place all these ingredients in a mixing bowl
Dressing - Mix the SOS Mango sauce and mayonnaise and mix well
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it well
Add salt if needed
Recipe Note
To keep this mango salad as fresh as possible for as long as possible, it needs to be stored in the fridge. Add any leftovers to a container with a lid and keep it sealed nice and tight.
