This super easy salmon and couscous is a tasty and a quick dinner
Ingredients

150gm Salmon
-
1 tbsp Olive oil
-
2 tsps SOS Harissa
-
60g Couscous
-
2 Green chilies (optional)
-
5g Parsley or Italian seasoning
Directions
Marinate the salmon in the SOS Harissa
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot add the olive oil
Lay the salmon, skin side in the pan. Cook deep golden brown and seared. Flip the salmon piece. Cook for 3 to 4mins or till the salmon is cooked
Cook the couscous as per the instructions on the box
Add chopped green chillies, parsley and fluff up the couscous.
Lay the cooked salmon steak on the couscous and enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can change the protein as per your dietary restrictions. Works well with tofu, paneer or chicken breast too.
