This 20-minute Harissa Ricotta Pasta combines creamy ricotta with a kick of harissa for a spicy twist, balanced by the sweetness of sundried tomatoes. Perfect for a quick yet flavorful meal, it’s a delicious fusion of rich textures and bold flavors!
Ingredients

150g penne pasta (cooked)

2 strips of bacon (chopped)

1/2 chorizo sausage (chopped)

4 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

3 tbsp SOS Harissa

2 tbsp ricotta cheese
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt for seasoning

Dry seasoning (Italian)
Directions
Heat a pan with the oil in it
Sauté the chopped bacon sun-dried tomatoes and sausage
In a bowl mix the harissa sauce and the ricotta
Add this sauce to the pan and then add the boiled pasta
Mix well and season with salt and garnish with the dry Italian seasoning
Serve topped with grated Parmesan
Recipe Note
Want to make it vegetarian? Just swap the bacon and sausage for mushrooms, tempeh or tofu. If you don't have ricotta, use crumbled cottage cheese or a bit of cream!
