Spice up your pasta game with Harissa Feta Pasta. The SOS take on the baked feta pasta trend. Try it!
Ingredients
- 120g raw pasta
-
1 block Feta cheese (150g)
-
4 tbsp SOS Harrisa
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 chicken strip fillets
-
10 cherry tomatoes
Directions
Boil 120g pasta in a pot and leave aside.
Place the Feta block in the middle of a baking dish.
Place chicken fillets and cherry tomatoes around the sides.
Spread SOS Harissa and drizzle olive oil on top.
Preheat an oven to 180º and bake for 35mins.
Bring the baking dish out, mash the feta block, shred the chicken and mash the cherry tomatoes.
Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Recipe Note
You can add the protein of your choice. Add baby spinach leaves or any other veggies for a full meal.
