Quick to make and makes a complete meal when served with rice
Ingredients

6 chicken thighs (bone in)
-
75g bacon bits
-
1 medium onion
-
1 tbsps olive oil
-
1 Jar of SOS Harissa (100g)
-
25ml cooking cream
-
½ cup of water
-
Spring onion to garnish
Directions
Pan-sear the chicken thighs in the olive oil for 2min on each side
Set the chicken aside
In the same pan add in the chopped onion and stir fry till translucent.
Add in the bacon and stir fry till it browns
Next add in the SOS Harissa and mix well
Now add the chicken back in, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 mins or until the chicken is cooked
Once the chicken is cooked add in the in the cooking cream and mix well
Garnish with spring onion before serving
Recipe Note
You can replace the chicken thighs with chicken breasts if you like. Serve it with quinoa, flatbread or a baguette
