High protein breakfast option for vegetarians
Ingredients
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1/2 chopped onion
-
2 tsps SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
-
2 sourdough bread slices
-
1/4 chopped capsicum
-
150g scrambled tofu
-
2 red chillies
-
1 tsp lime juice
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan
Add in the SOS Green curry paste and stir fry
Next in go the onion and capsicum
Now add in the scrambled tofu
Toast the bread slices
Top the toasted bread slices with the tofu mixture
Garnish with chopped chilies the lime juice
Recipe Note
If you prefer less spice then leave out the chillies
