Warm up with a bowl of our Green Curry Dumpling Soup — a flavorful Thai-inspired dish that’s both easy and satisfying. Juicy dumplings are gently simmered in a rich coconut green curry broth. Packed with vegetables and a hint of spice, this soup is perfect for weeknight dinners or when you’re craving comforting Thai flavors at home. A quick, hearty, and wholesome recipe you’ll want to make again and again.
Ingredients

12 Pork wontons (Frozen)

3 tbsp SOS Thai Green curry paste

2 Broccolini stalks

3 Bok choy stalks

1 tbsp Olive oil

150ml Coconut cream
-
2 tbsp Fish sauce
-
½ cup Water
-
1 tbsp Chilli oil

Coriander for garnish
Directions
Heat a pan and add the olive oil
Stir fry the SOS Thai green curry paste till the oil separates or you can smell the fragrance. This will take a minute approx.
Next add in the coconut cream and mix well
Add in the water and fish sauce and bring to a simmer
In another pot boil some water and add in the dumplings and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain and add to a serving bowl
In the same water blanch the vegetable for 2 min. Drain and add to the serving bowl
Ladle the thai green curry soup on the dumplings and vegetables
Add in the Chilli oil for added heat. This is optional if you want to keep it less spicy
Garnish with coriander
Serve while hot
Recipe Note
Frozen dumplings are the best for quick and comforting dinners. For this soup, we used pork dumplings but you can use prawn or chicken dumplings too. The bold green curry broth can more than handle it. Don’t skip the fish sauce; it’s the secret that cuts through the richness and adds that perfect salty depth.
If you want to make a vegetarian version, simply replace the dumplings with a veg ones and the fish sauce to soy sauce.
