Tomyum Veg Soup

Ingredients

  • 14 Broccoli florets
  • 4 Sliced baby corn
  • 1 Small bowl of chopped cabbage
  • 4 Sliced baby corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsps of SOS Tom yum paste
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk (optional)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Coriander for garnish

Method

  • Boil the water and add the SOS Tom yum paste
  • Add in the veggies and let simmer for 3 to 4 minuts
  • Add in the coconut milk
  • Add salt, lemon juice 
  • Garnish with fresh coriander

You can replace the veggies with 150g chicken, tofu or prawns. Serve with rice or noodles.
