Tomyum Fried Rice

Fried rice jazzed up with the SOS Tom Yum paste

Ingredients

  • 4 Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Baby corn
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Cup boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp SOS Tomyum paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Cucumber slices for garnish

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan
  2. Saute the SOS Tomyum paste for a minute 
  3. Add in the sliced mushrooms, sliced baby corns, sliced carrot and saute till half done
  4. Add in the coconut milk
  5. Mix in the boiled rice and stir fry for a couple of minutes
  6. Add salt to taste and the lemon juice. Garnish with coriander and cucumber.

Tips

Add in chopped chillies for added heat. Swap the veggies for chicken or prawns to make a non vegetarian version.
