Tomyum Fried Rice
Fried rice jazzed up with the SOS Tom Yum paste

Ingredients
- 4 Sliced mushrooms
- 2 Baby corn
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 Cup boiled rice
- 1 tbsp Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp SOS Tomyum paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Coriander for garnish
- Cucumber slices for garnish
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a pan
- Saute the SOS Tomyum paste for a minute
- Add in the sliced mushrooms, sliced baby corns, sliced carrot and saute till half done
- Add in the coconut milk
- Mix in the boiled rice and stir fry for a couple of minutes
- Add salt to taste and the lemon juice. Garnish with coriander and cucumber.
Tips
Add in chopped chillies for added heat. Swap the veggies for chicken or prawns to make a non vegetarian version.
