Tom Yum Tofu Toasties

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 Capsicum chopped
  • 150g Tofu scrambled
  • 2 Bread slices
  • 2 Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp SOS Tom yum paste

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan
  2. Add in the SOS Tom yum paste and stir for a min
  3. Add in the chopped veggies and scrambled tofu and mix well
  4. Toast the bread slices
  5. Layer the tofu mixture on the bread
  6. Garnish with chopped chillies

Tips

Firm tofu works best. Add veggies of your choice. Squeeze a bit of lemon for extra tanginess
