Tom Yum Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
- 225g Firm Tofu
- 3 tbsp SOS Tom yum paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Skewer sticks
Method
- Pat dry the tofu and cut into cubes of 1 inch. This should give you 9 cubes
- Mix the SOS Tom yum paste with the soy sauce
- Marinate the tofu with this mix. Sprinkle the salt on top
- Thread the skewers with 3 pieces of tofu each
- Heat a grill pan and add the oil
- Once hot add the tofu skewers and let them char on high heat for 1 min on each side
- Lower the heat and let the tofu cook for another 3 minutes
- Remove from pan and sprinkle some sesame seeds as garnish
- Serve hot with cucumber and a few slices of lemon
Tips
Serve with kimchi or papaya salad. You can airfry the tofu as well. And skip the skewers and add the tofu cubes straight to the pan.
