Ingredients
- 100g Raw Cashews
- 2 tbsp SOS Tom Yum paste
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in bowl
- Spread on to a baking tray
- Bake at 180*C for 10 minutes or until crispy
Tips
Use whole unsalted cashews for this recipe. If using roasted cashews then reduce the roasting time by half. You can use the nuts of your choice.
You can use an air fryer instead of an oven
