Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken thigh with bone and skin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp SOS Green curry paste
  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 1 Spring onion stalk
  • 1 tsp Salt 

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken with SOS Green curry paste, coconut cream, olive oil and salt
  2. Heat an oven to 180*C
  3. Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through
  4. For the next 5 to 8 minutes turn the setting to grill and let the chicken get a nice char
  5. Remove from oven once done and garnish with chopped spring onion

Tips

You can swap the chicken thighs for chicken drumsticks or boneless chicken thighs. Serve with a side of papaya salad.

You can make these in the Airfryer as well. Cooking time will vary.
