Ingredients
- 3 Chicken thigh with bone and skin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp SOS Green curry paste
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 1 Spring onion stalk
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Marinate the chicken with SOS Green curry paste, coconut cream, olive oil and salt
- Heat an oven to 180*C
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through
- For the next 5 to 8 minutes turn the setting to grill and let the chicken get a nice char
- Remove from oven once done and garnish with chopped spring onion
Tips
You can swap the chicken thighs for chicken drumsticks or boneless chicken thighs. Serve with a side of papaya salad.
You can make these in the Airfryer as well. Cooking time will vary.
