Ingredients
- 3 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 3 tbsp SOS Mango lemon chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Spring onion for garnish
Method
- Marinate the chicken thighs with the ginger, garlic, SOS Mango Chilli sauce and soy sauce.
- Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
- Brown the chicken on both sides on high heat.
- Lower the heat and cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion Serve with a green salad or by itself.
