Paneer & Veggie Satay

Ingredients
- 250g Cottage cheese / Paneer
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 4 tbsp SOS Harissa
- 1 tbsp Cooking cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Wooden Skewers
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Method
- Cut the Paneer, onion and capsicum in 1 inch cubes
- Marinate all with the harissa and cream
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins prior to grilling
- Now thread paneer, onion and capsicum pieces on the skewers by alternating them
- Lay the skewers on the grill, 2 minutes on each side. Brush with oil in between to avoid the food sticking to the grill
- Drizzle the lime juice before serving
Tips
Serve with a cooling dip made with mint, yogurt, aioli or tahini. Pair with pita bread and salad to make a full meal.
