Paneer & Veggie Satay

Ingredients

  • 250g Cottage cheese / Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion  
  • 4 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 1 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Wooden Skewers
  • 1 tbsp lime juice  

Method

  1. Cut the Paneer, onion and capsicum in 1 inch cubes
  2. Marinate all with the harissa and cream
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins prior to grilling
  4. Now thread paneer, onion and capsicum pieces on the skewers by alternating them
  5. Lay the skewers on the grill, 2 minutes on each side. Brush with oil in between to avoid the food sticking to the grill
  6. Drizzle the lime juice before serving

Tips

Serve with a cooling dip made with mint, yogurt, aioli or tahini. Pair with pita bread and salad to make a full meal.
