Harissa Chicken Wings
This Harissa Base Pizza is a bold twist on a classic favourite. Instead of tomato sauce, SOS Harissa is used as the pizza base, bringing smoky chilli heat and warm spices that bake beautifully in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 Sourdough pizza base (we used Quelli Della Pizza Pinsella Sourdough Pizza Base)
- 1/2 Red Capsicum sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion sliced
- 10 Olives sliced
- 10 Jalapeno slices (bottled)
- 3 tbsp SOS Harissa
- 3 tbsp Mozarella cheese
Method
- Spread the Harissa on the pizza base
- Top up the pizza base with the slices veggies
- Sprinkle the cheese on top
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10 minutes
- For the last 5 minutes turn the setting to grill and let the veggies and cheese brown a bit
Tips
Change the toppings as per your choice. Replace the mozarella cheese with cheese of your choice.
