Harissa Salmon Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150g Penne pasta
  • 150g Salmon   
  • 2 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cooking cream
  • Fresh red chilli for garnish (optional) 

Method

  1. Boil water in a pot. 
  2. Add in the penne pasta and cook till al dente or almost done.
  3. Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
  4. Cut the salmon into cubes and add to the hot pan. Saute on each side for 2 minutes.
  5. Add in the Harissa and cream and mix well.
  6. Now add in the boiled pasta and mix well.
  7. Garnish with chilli and serve hot.

Tips

Sprinkle parmesan cheese for added flavour
