Harissa Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Penne pasta (uncooked) approx. 125g
  • 1/3 Cup Cooking cream 
  • 5 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 2 Garlic cloves 
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley 
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 11/2 tbsp Olive oil 

Method

  1. Boil the pasta in a pot of water and drain and keep aside
  2. Heat a pan, add the olive oil and saute the minced garlic
  3. Add in the boiled pasta
  4. Now add the Harissa, mix well 
  5. Next add in the cooking cream 
  6. Take off the heat and sprinkle the grated parmesan on top
  7. Garnish with the dried fresh parsley 

Tips

Serve with salad on the side to complete the meal.

For a non vegetarian version add in some diced chicken breast after the garlic and saute till the chicken is cooked.
