Harissa Feta Pasta

Ingredients

  • 120g Pasta uncooked - we used spiral pasta
  • 150g Feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 3 Chicken fillet strips
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add some salt and boil the pasta till al dente or almost cooked
  2. Place the feta block in the middle of a baking dish
  3. Place the chicken fillet strips and cherry tomatoes around the feta cheese
  4. Spread the harissa sauce on the ingredients and drizzle the olive oil
  5. Pre heat an oven to 180*C and bake for 35mins
  6. Bring the baking dish out. Mash the feta, shred the chicken, mash the charred cherry tomatoes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the dish and mix well

Tips

Swap the spiral pasta for pasta of your choice. Penne, Rigatoni, Orzo, all work well. Replace the chicken with spinach and peppers for a vegetarian version. If feta is too salty for you, replace with ricotta or goat cheese.
