Harissa Chicken Wings

These Harissa Honey Chicken Wings are all about bold flavour and beautiful balance. The SOS Harissa, adds smokiness while the honey adds a bit of sweet stickiness.This is perfect for sharing, snacking, or serving as a crowd-pleasing appetiser.

Ingredients

  • 16 Chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 
  • 5 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 1 tbsp Honey 
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt  

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken wings with the Harissa, honey, baking powder and olive oil
  2. Drop the chicken wings in an air fryer at 180*C
  3. After about 10 to 12 minutes turn the wings around
  4. Air fry for another 10 minutes
  5. Now crank up the heat to 200*C and let the wings get a nice char for 5 minutes 
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander or spring onions 

Tips

Serve with a dipping sauce made with mayonnaise and chopped jalapenos
