Harissa Chicken Wings
These Harissa Honey Chicken Wings are all about bold flavour and beautiful balance. The SOS Harissa, adds smokiness while the honey adds a bit of sweet stickiness.This is perfect for sharing, snacking, or serving as a crowd-pleasing appetiser.

Ingredients
- 16 Chicken wings
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 tbsp SOS Harissa
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Marinate the chicken wings with the Harissa, honey, baking powder and olive oil
- Drop the chicken wings in an air fryer at 180*C
- After about 10 to 12 minutes turn the wings around
- Air fry for another 10 minutes
- Now crank up the heat to 200*C and let the wings get a nice char for 5 minutes
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander or spring onions
Tips
Serve with a dipping sauce made with mayonnaise and chopped jalapenos
